We stayed from Thursday until Friday morning around 9am. The check in was great. Staff was friendly during my stay. Our room, restroom, and common area was clean. I enjoyed staying there; except there was a sign in the parking lot that said something around the lines of “park here at your own risk.” Just to my knowledge you think your are guaranteed a comfortable stay and that includes the parking. Not sure if they need to get a security guard to help their clients pice of mind. We had not checked out by 8 and housekeeping knocked and opened the door. We were getting dressed. Check out is at 12pm. So not sure why the housekeeping assumed they could just walk in. Lastly, there were 2 water bottles in our room that said if you’re a diamond member they’re free. I moved them from the area they were to on top of the microwave. Yes I never moved them back when we left but they were not drunk by us. On my way home I recurved a charge for said water bottles. I called the hotel, and the representative on the phone said housekeeping they had been drank. I had to argue with the representative that we did not drink them. Not sure why I had to argue. If I said I didn’t do it, I didn’t do it. It should have been that simple. The representative said to give her 10 minutes, and the charge would be refunded. My charge was not refunded, by Tuesday of the next week I had to call again. I explained the situation,This time the representative refunded the charge while I was on the phone with her.

The hotel was nice, however they don't tell you when you're booking your room that they DO NOT do daily housecleaning service and they DO NOT offer complementary breakfast. VERY FRUSTRATING to come back to a room with no clean bedding or towels after a long day, and even more frustrating to find out they're charging you for breakfast AFTER you've eaten! I WILL NEVER book at a Hilton again and Expedia was absolutely NO HELP when trying to resolve both of these issues.

The staff was very friendly. Amenities were convenient. Hotel is clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was super nice and sweet. I didn’t get her name. She is an older lady.

The main amenities I wanted, the pool and hot tub, were not working. The room was clean and as described. The staff was helpful and friendly. The in-hotel restaurant is okay if you dont want to leave the property. The breakfast was good, but a bit overpriced given the selection. The stay was a value.

Was checked into a handicap room. Shower didn’t work. Shower head was belly button height. Went to take a shower early Saturday morning as we had plans with friends, water was squirting everywhere from spout nozzle, no water coming out of shower head. Spoke with front desk, front desk attendant tried her best to find us a new room, but hotel was sold out the night before. Maintenance did not come on until 9, 1.5 hours after I reported the issue. Issue was resolved 2 hours after reporting it delaying our plans. Saturday night was filled with a bunch of unattended children running reckless in the gym and hallways and upper floors. The noise and stomping went on until nearly 1am. I’m not one to leave reviews abs complaints, however, this left such a sour taste in my mouth for the amount of money we spent on the rooms, I needed to post since I was asked. We travel to Gilroy at least once a year and have stayed at this Hilton in the past with no issues, however, this will be our last time visiting this location
