Only downside was that the wifi didn't work and, given that there is no cell coverage in the area, it was hard to get directions and generally go places because we rely upon our phones (for better or worse). I highly recommend staying here!One thing I found on my own is the Sugar River Rail Trail at the rear of 65 Belknap Road in Newport. It goes for 8 miles to Claremont.
