“Abbiamo trascorso 14 bellissimi giorni in questa bellissima villa. A 15 minuti a piedi (o 5 in bicicletta) dalla bellissima spiaggia di Castellaneta Marina. Villa pulita, accogliente ed organizzata in tutti i dettagli.Speriamo di tornarci presto. Maurizio.”

“Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. Dafür fand ich das Doppelbett sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Schlafsofa selbst für die Kinder……

Stunning hilltop location that offered privacy, 360–degree views, and easy access to Matera and a couple of small charming towns, as well as day trips to the higher-profile tourist towns like Polignano, Alberobello, etc…. “We were two couples who stayed in this lovely home in Castellaneta Marina for about a week in October. It was immaculately clean, has a full kitchen and living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we were very happy to have screens in the bedroom windows so we could sleep with them open at night. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas so everyone is comfortable. It is just a couple of minutes from the shore. It was about an hour drive to many of the places we……

“First and foremost the property manager and her communication were excellent with extremely quick replies to our questions and her offers to go above and beyond which we politely declined. The property was clean and in good shape. Additional accessories such dish towels, a tea kettle, a pair of scissors, and spatula would have been helpful”

“This is an ancient city. It was fascinating to stay in one of the caves where people have lived for over 4000 years. But recently upgraded to modern day comforts and safety. The bedroom/living area is well appointed. The kitchen had everything one needed, and the bathroom had a shower in the cave wall that was as unusual as the city. I enjoyed my stay very much.”

“We loved the place. It is spacious and surrounded by trees. It is very central. Pino kept us well-supplied with logs for all three fireplaces. There are some minor inconveniences: hot water tends to be intermittent upstrairs while internet reception is hopeless (except in sitting room) though that seems to be the case in the whole georgraphical area. We still recommend it highly”
