“Wunderbare Unterkunft. Große Wohnung und an alles wurde gedacht, selbst kleine Leckereien für den Abend hat man uns hingestellt :-). Super schön eingerichtet. Falls wir Stavanger nochmal besuchen, würden wir dort wieder übernachten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Vermieter.”

“The wrong telephone number and incomplete address was shown on the hotels.com website. After chatting with an AI bot I found the correct number to call and was able to talk to the host. They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received.
The accomodation in itself was in a prime location. Fairly easy to park the car in the close area although this cost quite a lot of money. The toilet door wouldnt close properly and the drain in the kitchen sink ……

“The location was central, close to the Old Town and walking distance to the port. However, the bed was too soft and my mother has a bad back so we slept on the floor. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy. I went hiking to Pulpit Rock and got back pain after two nights of poor sleep. There was easy street parking but you need to pay, the host didn't mention it so we got a ticket. The bathroom was tiny but the living room was spacious.”

"It is one of the most horrible experience in my life! The hotel is so dirty that have spider in the room. Even you requested for a room cleam up service, they just change your rubbish bin and fix the bed. They won’t clean the floor (even many dust and hair on the floor), won’t help you to change cups (even you have used and write a memo to remind them) and they won’t refuse any tissue!
I definitely won’t stay here again and the only thing that have a credit here is the breakfast, it is beyond my expected."
