“Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.”

“Our stay at the Gjirokaster Hotel was amazing! It was the off-season, and it felt we had the whole place to ourselves. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived in the evening, and he was very friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the views of the mountains was amazing! The breakfast the next day was great with local cheese, bread, jam & mountain tea. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Faleminderit :)”

“Großes Zimmer, mit gutem Bad, außer dass der Abfluss nicht so richtig funktionierte. Nach dem Duschen stand fast das gesamte Bad unter Wasser. Ist aber dann recht schnell trocken geworden. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberfamilie, vor allem die Oma (?) des Hauses. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner, kleiner Pool, mit ein paar Liegemöglichkeiten. Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür, die aber recht schnell voll sind. Parken auf der Straße auch möglich. Wir hatten einen Kamin im Zimmer, der einen……
