"Townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated on main floor. Listing showed master bedroom & bath on “primary floor”. All 3 bedrooms were upstairs. My husband has difficulty climbing stairs & had we known this we wouldn’t have rented. For us a big problem was no drawers to put clothes in. Had to ..."

"Some towels and bathroom rugs were wet. Dishwasher was not unloaded. Some dishes in cupboard were dirty. No plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Kitchen supplies limited. Toiletries were limited. No instructions for vacating unit."
