“The property was located in a quiet area, with great views, very relaxing. The host was very friendly and great to communicate with. Definitely a great place to stay and comfortable. I only marked down a little due to the place needing some updating. The refrigerator leaked water on the inside (but I think that could be fixed with a good defrost as this happened to one of my fridges at home) and the back yard needed weeding but otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. “We were in the area for a baseball tournament. This home was beautiful and so spacious and open. The perfect place to relax. Loved having use of the large garage so we were able to park inside, giving us the option of not having to unload and reload baseball equipment everyday. “Cute little funky bungalo. It was our first time in grand junction. We wantes to bike the wineries, hike and mountian bike. This location was close to the wineries. And about 30 min from the other activities we did. The bbq was nice to have since we like hanging out and making our own food and the gas firepit was also nice to have on the chilly nights.”

“We stayed for a week at this house on a bike tour with 10 people (seniors). There was plenty of room for us all to hang out, eat, and relax. The outdoor space was huge. The outside table was was perfect for breakfast and the pergola great for the evening. A big garage worked great for storing our bikes. And the location was very convenient for our rides. Sara was very responsive and easy to work with.”
