“Lovely space very well finished and clean as a whistle . I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything. I think a microwave would be great addition for those of us who love porridge for breakfast 😋 Some building work going on next door but this doesn’t affect internal space experience. ”

“Loved our stay at Black Knowe. Pods were in lovely clean condition, surrounding area lovely with all the animal's. Highly recommend a visit here if in the area.”

“What can we say other than perfect. The cutest room in the most beautiful spot. Quiet location with incredible views. Very spacious room with an even more spacious bed. Small kitchenette area which was perfect for a brew after a long day . Owners on hand for any questions. We will definitely be back ”

“Family of 4, girls enjoyed the spa whilst the boys went swimming. Could do with a few more options but I believe there's plans to extend the spa area in the near future. Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. ”

“This was a nice little apartment, great location and good kitchen, living area and bedrooms. However the towels provided were unusable- just need new cleans ones, these were really old and very smelly. Duvet in main bedroom yellow, really off putting. The bathroom was ok but some areas not great in terms of cleanliness. This is tricky as parts of it where great and kitchen was immaculate! I think with some attention to bedding and towels and bathroom would make the world of difference but also……

“This place is awesome. Louise is such a gracious host and answers questions quickly and is there to help for all our needs. Her father is next door and is such a wonderful person. He was so helpful as well. We appreciated the atmosphere and charm of the house. Very comfortable and warm feeling. This is our first visit to Ireland and feel that they helped make our stay very welcoming. The house is perfect. The sheep across the way with the baby lambs was an extra perk. Thank you”
