The hotel was very good, however, on the morning we were checking out, there was no hot water in the whole hotel, because they had a fault with the boiler, when there was a power outage, the day before. I realise that these things happen, however maybe a small amount of compensation on the rooms we booked would have been nice, if they offered. I paid over £1,800 for two nights on three rooms, so I do expect at that price hot water and if a problem like this arises, then a small refund should have happed. On a positive note the food in the hotel was excellent.
