Amazing stay at the Ramada. Clean rooms. Staff can’t do enough. Lovely breakfast. And what a treat being above a shopping centre!

The room was clean but there was no hand soap and shampoo/body wash dispensers were empty, the hairdryer was broken, the tall lamp stand didnt work! Stains in the carpet, banging all night from neighbouring rooms. Staff didnt ask if stay was ok, just said thank you when i handed card in on check out!

Staff were great but the rest of it was very dated and the breakfast just acceptable. Not for millennials as they’d probably freak out at the lack of choices, no oat milk, vegan or sourdough options. It was limited and the building like it’s not been redesigned since the 1970s but it was quirky and the shopping centre its in different to say the least. There was a Spoons in the shopping centre which was unique and a welcome discovery

Clean room. Nice shower Not a comfortable mattress The pillows were soft and flimsy No room service available Limited food and drink at bar Not even proper WiFi just a hotspot Reception is on the 10th floor which is just weird. Locked door and buzzer system which for a smoker is not Convenient I was on the 8th floor Even in the morning at mid day main entrance door was still locked. It’s near ek shopping Center which is a plus because facilities are nearby Parking is hard to find so check your emails because they send instructions. The prices at the bar were ridiculously priced £4 for a share bag of maltesers Relaxed check out I was not rushed and was able to take my time. Some tv channels didn’t work limited entertainment

This is a difficult hotel entrance to find despite the conspicuous tall buildings with the hotel logo We ended up at the coach/bus entrance and when enquired about how to access the hotel— the person was very rude and not helpful at all We finally found the parking lot no 2 and even then another struggle to actually find the entrance The shower was a hazard area— I fell and injured my elbow and my ankle I’m still limping Not even an apology from the hotel staff We ended up leaving Scotland that day This totally ruined our trip to UK as we came from Canada to spend a couple of weeks in Scotland

The property was quiet in a good area with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. In a good location on top of a mall which gave us access to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops for breakfast and dinner on late nights. however the hotel was not easy to find with google maps or Apple Maps and we drove in circles endlessly until the point we had to call the hotel for directions and Rooms did not have a fridge also the only handed one key for the room which was also an issue as firstly you need the key to access your floor and the rooms need the key to run the electricity in the rooms so if one of us wanted to go out and the other wanted to stay in the room it wasn’t practical

Business hotel poco lontano da Glasgow, collocato a ridosso di un grande centro commerciale un po' in periferia. Stanze standard, dotazioni nella media, bagno ristrutturato. Pulizia buona. Personale efficiente e check-in rapido. Non abbiamo fruito della colazione, ma volendo ci sono bar e ristorante. Per una notte va benissimo.

I would not return or recommend this hotel. First off, the hotel occupies just 3-4 floors in the building. The linens were filthy with mold-looking and other brown stains on the linens. The small coffee area was filthy and didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. Other areas in the room and bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. The positives were the staff and their customer service and bonus that there is a mall attached to the building.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le matelas était très confortable. Il était difficile de trouver le stationnement. Il faut suivre les indications des pancartes routières pour aller au car Park 2, tout en haut du stationnement à étages. Une fois entrés, ça va. Il faut aller au 12e étage à la réception puis reprendre l'ascenseur selon l'étage de ta chambre. Pour sortir au restaurant, il n'y avait aucune indication. Nous n'avons jamais été capable de sortir en tant que piéton. Aucun bus rapide pour se rendre à Glasgow (1h de transport en commun). L'hôtel est donc isolé. Ne pas choisir si vous voulez visiter Glasgow.

The hotel is conveniently located, includes free parking in a multi story car park (with very low headroom so any tall vehicles will not fit), and although from the outside it's just a concrete box, the staff were very nice, the room was spacious, recently renovated, air conditioned and quiet. The room was spotless and the shower was powerful and hot. The wifi was fast. Amazing quality and value for the price.
