“We are two couples traveling together in Iceland on the Ring Road. We absolutely loved this hotel. One of us was reminded of the old hotels in England he stayed in. The room was comfortable and clean. We loved the spa on the patio and we ate at the restaurant in the hotel and had a great meal. They even had a vegan option (one of us is vegan) made with vegetables from Icelandic greenhouses. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet area. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.”

“Vaulgier, the owner, is a wonderful host. He takes time to enjoy the company of his guests, after he prepares a great breakfast! It is a remote, but stunning location, and his future plans for a spa will be a stellar addition! We will hopefully return.”

“This place was great. We stayed here for 1 night before white water rafting the next day. We weren't quite sure if we had the found the right place and called the owner super late. He answerd and gave us instructions on how to find out room. The room was clean, spacious, and warm. The beds were also very comfortable and we enjoyed a great night stay.
