This beautiful, spacious home awaits your family and friends. A terrific home to relax at and enjoy the views year round. Whether you want to gather around the wood burning fireplace on a snowy evening or sit out on the deck and enjoy the views of Big Glen lake on a sunny summer day.

During the summer season take advantage of the 100 feet of waterfront on Big Glen Lake. Walk across the street and relaxation awaits you. Bring your book and enjoy the hammock or use the canoe and two person kayak that is included with the house and explore the beautiful blue waters of Big Glen. Enjoy a waterfront meal around the picnic table. If you are a boater, a mooring buoy is provided for you. If you prefer to be on land there is a tandem bike and three additional bikes.

This multi level craftsman inspired home offers terrific views from every level of Big Glen Lake and the surrounding beauty of northern Michigan. Enter through the lower level where you will find a bunk room for the kids which can accommodate 5 people and a full size bathroom with tub/shower combination. Take the chill off on a wintry day by enjoying the sauna. There is a family room on the lower level with a pull out sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. This area offers cable TV and a great place to put a jigsaw puzzle together or play one of the many board games available to you.

Head upstairs to the main level and be wowed by the open kitchen. This fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to get creative with the local fresh ingredients you will find at the various farmers markets and roadside stands. The kitchen has a double oven, six burner cooktop, plenty of space in the oversized refrigerator and freezer. With the large center island there is room for people to gather and assist the cook! For those who would rather stay out of the kitchen you can relax in the great room and still be a part of the action. Right off the dining area is a spacious screened in porch that leads out to the deck. All great places to relax and take in the views.

Also on the main level you will find a den with a queen size Murphy bed and a full bath with shower. Head to the upper level where you will find three bedrooms each with their own private bath, all with showers. Stay connected with cable and Wi-Fi. With a full size washer and dryer there's no need to go home with dirty clothes. Our Michigan summers are typically very comfortable but if you're feeling warm just turn on the central A/C. End the day around the fire pit planning what activities you want to participate in; will it be a bike ride along the Heritage Trail, a scenic ride along M-22 to some of the wineries, exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes, or maybe another day in the hammock with a good book?

Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.

We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and or dishwasher tabs if dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed. Please reach out to management to inquire if a particular amenity is important to your stay, or plan accordingly.
