“As a native of Carthage, it was nice to find a rental home within the village. The house was very nice, It could use additional seating in the living room and dressers in the non-primary bedrooms, but it was wonderful. The fenced yard in backyard was Nice for our dog. “We brought our teens to go white water rafting for the weekend. The house was super close to the rafting place and it was comfortable. The bathroom layout is a bit odd because you have to walk through the bathrooms to get to the bedrooms, but we made it work. The kitchen was a bit light on pots and pans but otherwise great. The appliances were a bit confusing but they did give us directions. There is no traditional oven but a microwave convection oven. We had planned on making pizza and bacon……

“This little gem is tucked away in Dexter and offers a fabulous view (and access) of the river and surrounding area (Fall foliage was spectacular). There are lots of ammenities on property to enjoy! It was a little cold to hop in the Kayaks but they were available to us. We did enjoy warming up around the firepit and the barrel sauna was spectacular!
