“I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated.……

“This cute little home was just what we needed to visit with family over Easter weekend. Perfectly located just off Canal St. in downtown New Smyrna and a few blocks away from family. The beds were comfortable, check in was easy and Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you! ”
