“This property was amazing. I had 10 of my family members stay with me for my graduation and everyone was able to have their own bed and or space. No room felt too congested even when we all gathered in the living room. Everytime I called the host answered and got back to me in a timely fashion. After my graduation the host even allowed more of my out state family members to come over and enjoy dinner with no problems. This house is 100% a house you want to stay at!! “We didn’t stay. We when arrived, instead of a room in the guest house, we were expected to stay in a tentlike structure. In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility. The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved.”

“The house is very nice and large and spacious. Great for a big group. Location is right off the beltway which is super convenient. The experience would have been excellent if it weren’t for this very strong bad odor that was so unpleasant that I almost left after the first night. It was the worst in the basement. Upon leaving my son in law discovered the smell emanating from the downstairs washer which was filled with putrid water. Don’t know what that was all about but it was unbelievably……

“We drove up to the house, noticing a couple of torn window screens and some rain-soaked paper hanging off the mailbox. We had to ring the doorbell a couple of times before we heard a voice from the intercom. They had difficulty hearing us, asked whether we were staying that day or the next (it was supposed to be both), and then replied, "Oh. Wait a minute."
