“Four of us enjoyed our first trip to western Michigan for Tulip Time. The Swallow was perfect for us—- quiet, clean, well furnished and stocked. We enjoyed learning about the history of the house. The living spaces were comfortable and inviting, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Central air and heat were set well, and showers were excellent. The location was perfect for venturing to Holland, and we enjoyed excellent meals in Saugatuck restaurants. We highly recommend your cottage.”

“Excellent property, well maintained and in a great location. The online description should say the 3rd bedroom and second bathroom are ABOVE the DETACHED garage. This could really mess up a family with small kids. Also detailed instructions for the heat in the 3rd bedroom should be included.”

“Property is as listed. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Excellent location making Saugatuck walkable; example: short walk away from The Southerner restaurant which is terrific.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful property. It was perfect for 2 adults and our well-trained lab. Everything in the description is accurate. The location is in a quiet setting with friendly neighbors, on a narrow waterfront road. Deer, ducks, turkeys, and birds are plentiful. We enjoyed strenuous walks up Mount Baldhead and throughout the nearby woods. The views are incredible! This is one of the best homes we have found on VRBO. We hope to return again "in season" when……

“This was such a nice rental. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the view of the lake. The whole condo is well equipped and clean. There's ample sleeping space for all 6 of us women. The management was easy to communicate with. It was a short drive to Saugatuck and a nice walk to the Root Beer Barrel. ”
