“Stay away from it! They have specific rules of how and when you need to contact them in advance to get a link for checking in. I contacted them several times. They never responded. I talked with hotels.com customer service. They, too, chased them but didn't hear back. Customer service told me that if I can't check in upon arrival, they will relocate me. I was so looking forward to this trip, but this experience for sure overshadowed my anticipation. Hotels.com eventually relocated us at no extra……

“Worst stay experience ever. We are seasoned travelers staying in different locations over 20 times a year. CozySuites-William was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We arrived 30 minutes after our permitted check-in time and the unit wasn’t ready. Not only wasn’t it ready, there was piles of dirty towels and linen all over the floors, so getting to the room was challenging enough. Once we got there we wish we hadn’t. The door was not open, which was good because the lock didn’t work. The unit……

“The apartment we stayed in was very nice for the price we paid. We did have minor issues when arriving to the house but the property managers were very quick to respond and solve them for us. The included parking and bus stop right in front of the house that takes you downtown was amazing. Overall a wonderful stay!”
