“The advertised facilities at this property was a misrepresentation. There was no lounge but another room of beds. Lounge chairs seating 7 only were stuffed in the kitchen area. Dining area seated only 6 (we used chairs from the garden). The fridge door did not open properly and utensils were limited and broken. Sheets were stained and illfitting and the "king" room had a badly cracked window and broken light fitting. The overall impression was that of a house crammed with beds and seriously……
