“We had a great 2 night stay. The cottage is very well equipped with all the basic necessities you need. It’s in a quiet location which was nice to come back to after spending a whole day in the city. We used Ubers to get back and forth which we had no issues or long wait times considering the location. “We had a fabulous family stay over Christmas and New Year. Plenty of space to spread out for the whole family. Comfortable beds, clean and warm house with everything you need in a beautiful setting. “The property had a few drawbacks during our 4-day stay in Scotland. While the overall experience was generally positive, there were a few areas that could use improvement: The beds were not very comfortable. They were two separate single beds pushed together rather than a proper double/queen bed. This caused the beds to shift and separate during the night, disrupting sleep. Additionally, the beds were at slightly different heights, which was awkward. Sound insulation from the ceiling was poor.……

“Our stay at the Ratham Guest House was wonderful! The home was outfitted with everything we needed for our 21-day stay. We were warmly welcomed by Irene and Ewan who were kind and gracious hosts.
