“This property was like staying in someone's home. There were personal touches ie fresh flowers in vases. Lots of spaces around the wrap around deck to sit either peacefully alone or joining the group.A walk around the grounds told a story of a once loved garden that still held good bones and structure.”

“From the time that we set eyes on your cottage we were hooked. The beautiful gardens front and back and the birds eating apples ,,. The atmosphere of the batch was amazing., We cranked up the fire and cooked potatoes so cool; Life as we knew it is still achievable.. “This tiny house was perfect for our short stay on a long trip from Nelson to MT Cook. The beach, just a short walk down the path, was incredible. The house had a comfortable bed and bathroom, and the sound of waves lulled us to sleep.”

“Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss.”

“Get place well setup for my needs, the family loved it. Heaps of room and very comfortable great kitchen cooked some good home cooked meals definitely a home away from home. And will definitely stay there again next time.Awesome.”

“Clean and easy but needed arrival instructions early given the information on the app wasn’t correct. Also no hand rails so for those with mobility it was slightly awkward. The host was helpful and the room clean and comfortable ”

“Great location, close enough to dip into Chch if wanted, but perfectly positioned to enjoy all North Canterbury has to offer, with wineries, rivers and beaches, a stones through away. Positioned in the heart of a friendly community with plenty of Cafe and dinning options within walking distance. Loved the private deck and backyard along with the bonus of the pool table for some friendly family competition. Highly recommend - great character!”
