“Our family needed a place to stay for a family gathering in a nearby town. The location was great and we loved being right on the lake. The living areas/kitchen are very spacious. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We wished we had more time to just hang out. Communication with the hosts was great. We will definitely stay again! ”

“Very cute property in the small town of Fertile, IA. Location was perfect as it we were in for a wedding at the Winan Creek Barn venue. This was five minutes away vs almost 20 to the nearest hotel. Impressively peaceful on the back patio at night, and just a few blocks down the block from a great little restaurant called Cafe Mir. Definitely recommend if staying in the area. ”

“We stayed at Nick’s place for a month and a half and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—right downtown with easy access to the lake, park, restaurants, and shops, all just a short walk away. The rental was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the essentials we needed. Nick was a great host, always helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again!”
