“We were there for a week to help our Grandson clear out of Peru State for the summer. It was a decent stay. The staff we met was courteous. Their pricing was the selling point for us. “Scam!!! They say they’re all booked up and only have a king bed available - when we were the only ones there. They only have one room to use. No towels. Office guy took me to laundry- only to get washcloths. He told another guy to go in the room next door for towels. That room had dead cockroaches on the floor and live crawling ones on the bed.
