The hotel lobby was visually appealing and gave a good first impression—it was clean, modern, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room didn’t match the same standard. The carpet was noticeably worn and visibly dirty, and the back of the bathroom door had water damage. Around the room, there were several areas where repairs had clearly been attempted, but the work was patchy and not professionally finished.
We were only staying one night to visit the hot springs, so it was manageable for our short visit. However, the room definitely wouldn’t have been comfortable for a longer stay. With some updates and attention to detail, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.
