“2nd year staying at this property for our conference. It was just as great ascthe last time. This is our go to place when we are in the area.”

“We had a multi-generational family vacation at this property. The grandkids loved the pool. We had several questions and the owner was prompt to respond and address an issue or two (nothing major). We enjoyed our time at the house. It was a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to several restaurants, etc. We traveled into DC most days - and with traffic and construction - it was about 35-40 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed our vacation very much!”

“You could tell from setting foot on the property how clean our host kept the place. Communication with the host was great, and he was very friendly and responsive. “ Host's wife and sone took mebto the ER when she was dropping off my sheets (thatvhe forgot). They were lovely. Nextbday or so, I locked the apparently Only key insside about 9 pm and he was alowbto respond and had no spare key, so I went to a hotel.”

“So, we did not actually end up staying at the property. We booked on an emergency basis (for my father's funeral) for nine people and did not look at reviews first. Big mistake. When we noticed the previous bad reviews, we contacted VRBO and were told we could not cancel but could take pictures and call the support team if the property was unacceptable. Which it was. We documented the dirty pool (the owners insist it is *stained*, not dirty, but either way it looks unappealing to swim in and did……

“Booked two nights at this property. No communication from the host whatsoever. Drove 2 1/2 hours to the house only to find out after contacting VRBO customer service that the host had no intention of renting the property. They never cancelled the booking or reached out to let us know. Thankfully VRBO refunded us but we were forced to find last minute housing ourselves. Very disappointing to say the least. Trip nearly ruined due to lack of communication by the host.”

“This place was a great choice for our visit to DC college campuses, the zoo, and the Cherry Blossom Festival. It’s conveniently located to park and ride the Metro on the red line. Parking was a breeze, the kitchen is pretty well set up for feeding a family (it doesn’t have a blender or kitchen towels at this time and the dishwasher racks are on their last leg), and the furniture is all comfortable. The WiFi signal was not consistently good throughout the house (the living room TV could not keep……
