“My team was very happy with the property. Very clean and comfortable. During a business trip that everyone worked 12 hours a day it was great to come back to a really nice house to be able to get some rest. Would definitely recommend this listing! ”

“The overall experience from getting the property rented to the day that we left was exceptional! We were allowed to check in early on the Thursday, thanks to the amazing owners, and truly enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean and cozy making it feel like our "home away from home". We definitely plan to stay there for years to come as long as the State Tournament continues to reside in that area.”

“The pictures did not do the place justice. It was bigger than anticipated. The kitchen was very well stock with appliances and cookware. It was the little things and attention to detail. The house was clean and well cared for.”

“We loved our stay. The house was beautifully well maintained and had amazing upgrades added. The only complaints I have are #1) there was absolutely nothing to bathe with. I mean not even a bar of soap. There is a walmart within walking distance so easy to fix, but getting in late (after Wal-Mart had closed for the night) and being unable to at least bathe was a bummer. #2) while searching high and low for some kind of soap, we opened the cabinet under the master bathroom sink. “This brand new home in a new community in Shreveport was the perfect alternative to a hotel stay while our family of 3 visited my elderly Grandmother. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants, we were able to visit family and friends as well as a trampoline park about 20 minutes away. All amenities were included and communication with the hosts was quick and easy. While Shreveport would not be top of my vacation list if it weren’t for family, this house made it comfortable and……

“Ms. Fran was more than accommodating and the house was as cute as can be! Ask her to make you some meat pies, they are delicious and she sells them at a reasonable price! Thank you Ms. Fran!”

“It was a bit noisy due to backing up to a 4-lane road, but overall a good house. It was clean and looked to have been recently renovated. The house was very nice and gave us plenty of space to work. There is a camera on the back porch, which was news to us. The immediate neighborhood was ok. But, had to drive thru some less-than-ideal parts of town to get to it. The owner was very communicative and was great to deal with.”
