It's a short drive to Downtown Gloucester and Rockport and Good Harbor Beach. Travel to Boston, Salem, and Beverly is easy with the close proximity to Route 128 and the commuter rail for day trips.

LIVING ROOM: This inviting room has a large sectional couch and chair to watch your favorite programming on the large flatscreen TV. Other features include beautiful custom built shelves.
DINING ROOM: From the Living Room, enter the dining area with a table that comfortably seats up to 6 people.
KITCHEN: The well-applianced Kitchen features a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, beautiful cabinetry, plenty of storage and counter space. Please note that the second set of stairs to the second floor are original to the home's vintage construction and may be somewhat steep for very small children or those with mobility issues.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Just off of the Kitchen is the laundry room with a standard size washer and dryer
DEN: Catch the water views through the sliding glass doors any time of day while relaxing on the futon. The sliders access the back deck.
