This unit is in a great location right in the heart of things across from Gloucester Harbor. Short walk to Half Moon, Pavillion, or Cressy beaches, downtown Gloucester's great restaurants and shops, and beautiful Stage Fort park. The beautifully built Beauport Hotel just at the opposite end of famous Stacey Blvd. Tennis, bocce and street hockey rink just across the street in Stage fort park. The area has gorgeous water vistas galore, and a surplus of local activities. Hiking, biking,stand-up paddleboard, kayaking, deep sea fishing, whale watches, and golfing, just to name a few. The unit was renovated top to bottom in 2018 and is being offered for summer rentals for first time in 6 years in July! This apartment has a laundry, cable, wifi, off st parking for one, and serene marsh views. Queen size bed in bedroom and futon in living room make it accommodating for 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Fully furnished, and linens are provided.

Near the ocean.

It was a very pleasant and convenient stay. Our grandchildren were nearby.The owners provided a small Christmas tree which was a nice touch!

Perfect before Christmas getaway

My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Stephanie even had a small Christmas tree that was lit when we first arrived! The location was perfect as we were so close to downtown and all of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely come back!!

Absolutely perfect for our family of four

The property was beautiful, clean, and close to lots of attractions. Stephanie was a fantastic host that responded quickly to my questions while planning the trip. Our children were with us (two teens). They didn’t want to share the futon so we brought an air mattress and there was plenty of room for it. The size of the property was bigger than I expected. Highly recommend.

Very convenient, cute and comfortable stay!

It was a perfect place for my husband, my dog and I to stay for a quick visit to Massachusetts for the autumn season. It is nice that there is a parking spot just for this place with a very visible sign displayed. Checking in was a breeze!

Nice little place with a few needs to make it stellar

Nice enough property and very clean, extremely comfortable bed, easy check in etc. a few things (small but of note) that might be looked at: the very rust unusable can opener, washing sponge and old shower head could be replaced

Right next to the beach

Close to the beach, and amenities like a washer and dryer and extra beach towels in the unit, made this a convenient stay. Host communicated promptly via text and was accommodating of our special needs.

Beautiful Stage Fort home

The property owner/manager was very easy to contact and very nice. The apartment was immaculate and the location is fabulous! Just across from Stage Fort Park-moments from beaches, walking distance to downtown Gloucester! I wish we had longer to stay. Also, the home is on a major road, but you cannot hear the traffic from within. I loved the set up, fabulous kitchen/dining area with all the cooking supplies you will need. The bathroom is good sized and so is the living room and bedroom.

Met expectations in a great location

Stephanie is a nice host, easy to communicate with. Responsive to some quick questions we had. This apartment worked well for us while we were in town visiting family- great location across from playground/beach for our kids and quick drive or walk for anything we needed. Clean and cute. Small living space made up for with large kitchen/dining area. Kitchen had all that we needed for the little cooking we did. 4 year old slept on twin air mattress on bedroom floor, baby slept in pack n play in living room. We’d come back. Thanks, Stephanie!
