“Enjoyed our stay at you house on Sacandaga lake. It was roomy with lots of extra amenities. The ac was a plus during our stay as the weather was steamy! ”

“Keith was amazing and so easy to communicate with. The house was great, with more than enough room. The only issue for our family was the dog. South Shore Road is very busy in that area, and we could not let the dog out without its lead even for a second. Other than that, I would give my stay and the house a 5 star!”

“Home is split nicely with bedrooms at one end, communal and rec rooms at other. My bed was fine, but I understand there was some discomfort with 2 other beds. There were only 5 of us, and 8 or 9 beds, so they just switched beds and all was good. Easy location to walk to town - 5 minutes to Logan's, Mountain Market and Charlie Johns. In summer I imagine it would be 10 minutes to town beach. Lots of heat dials to customize to each individual preference. Back porch was nice. Spent a bunch of time……

“Adorable house in a safe established older neighborhood. Many of the homes still have the Victorian trim and architecture from a bygone era. Walking distance to downtown Ballard Spa. Town offers excellent spots for breakfast. Impeccably clean. Quiet. Great partially fenced back yard. Host welcomed us with fresh flowers. Only a few miles from SPAC; perfect to get to/from for our concert.”
