“There is not much going on in Fermoy, but it is possible to drive to some major attractions such as the national park if you don’t mind a bit of a drive. The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped, but it is very small and the beds are listed as queens. If you are coming from America, please note this means full. Not a lot of room for suitcases, but the listing clearly stated how small it was. Overall acute little place, but not really in a destination spot.”

“This gorgeous property is in a beautiful town and a reasonable commuting distance to places like the Cliffs of Moher, Galway, Kinsale, Blarney castle and more.The hosts are so welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Helen was excellent to deal with and so was David who popped in to see everything was ok. We were a large family group ranging from 4 yrs to 72 yrs! The property was the perfect size to accommodate us all . The views of the Comeragh mountains were fabulous and we enjoyed a family walk to the Mahon Falls . We also found it easy to get to local Beaches Bunmahom was particularly lovely. Would definitely recommend it for large family gatherings . Thanks for bringing the BBQ David !”

“Insgesamt hinterließ die Unterkunft mit ihrer schönen und ruhigen Lage einen zufriedenstellenden Eindruck. Abstriche gab es lediglich in der vorhergegangenen Kommunikation mit der Agentur, welche über diese Seite schlicht komplett ignoriert worden ist. Ebenfalls als negativ ist noch der Warmwasserbehälter zu verzeichnen, welcher über dem Bett thronte. Dieser wird leider mit dem Nachbarhaus geteilt und erzeugt eine intensive Geräuschkulisse, sofern eine Dusche benutzt wird. Dazu gesellen sich……
