“The studio was perfect for our needs. In the heart of town, close by to everything. It's fully equipped with anything you might need. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows and bedding. Very convenient to start our day with a leisurely breakfast at home before we headed out for the day. Mary Anne was very helpful and gave us some great information about the area and helped connect us to a local businessman when we mentioned our need. We will definitely look to return when we are back……

“We visited family at SNHU and explored the area (plenty of nearby placed to hike). The home was 10 minutes from SNHU and very close to all the downtown activities. The house was clean and well-stocked. Easy check-in and check-out. Prompt communication from owner. The home is 100% as advertised. We will seek out this home again next year for our visit.”

“We had an amazing stay at this 2 bedroom apartment in Derry! The home was spotless and well appointed, with comfy furniture and beds. We also took advantage of the in-home gym. Richie and Lisa, the hosts, were highly responsive and kind, which made the stay even better. Derry is close to a number of great attractions, including Canobie Lake Park and Manchester. It was a delightful visit and we would definitely come back!”

I accidentally rented an entire house with privacy and had it all to ourselves with our dog but the accident was I booked the wrong week, it was the week prior to what I needed and lost all my rental fees. But I was desparate for a place because it was for my sons wedding so 2 days prior to needing it I found this place. “My daughter had convention in Lowell so we stayed in Nashua the drive convenient not too bad. Better than Singing in the big city. The one bedroom studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Listings say sleeps 4. I would say a family of 4, a couple and two young children. Two adults and two teens would definitely be a challenge. Coffee was great, I’d recommend salt and pepper shakers and possibly seal or repaint the balcony door. White rubbs off when you touch it. Other than that excellent……
