"Location , Facilities and Food are nice . It even have onsen and free ramen at night. You can arrive the cloest tram station ard 3 mins which is a main transportation among the city . And it just locate in a shopping street with all kind of shops and restaurant. But what make me unremarkable is the active and warm service from their staff . During my trip in Matsuyama , I lost my wallet and that is a big trouble to me . But the supportive and caring service from the hotel's staff make me feel better and have a direction to handling that situation . They truly want to help me come over that difficuit moment . It is grateful to have such a hotel in Matsuyama "
