“I have travelled a lot and on that basis I am giving this feedback. It was a poor stay at Neerja Niwas. I had made full payment at the time of booking for 5 adults and 1 child and it was understood that there was no extra payment needed as there was nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions, however ,only on the day we were to arrive, owner asked to pay for the extra bed Rs.2000 , this was not mentioned upfront . Had this been informed prior to booking , i could have looked at other……

There was good instructions on locating the property with the property manager waiting for us at 10PM to hand over the keys and walk-though the property LOCATION and ACCESS: The location is prime as it is just off the busy Lanka road and very close to the main gates of Banaras Hindu University.
