“We stayed here for our girls representative sporting weekend and it was perfect. Clean, comfy beds, big ensuite, washing machine n dryer for dirty uniforms, heaps of room to relax and unwind after a long day. “The rooms offered a very nice seaview. The flat was well furnished. I felt like at home. The location is good, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, tram stations, etc. The carpet, the sofa and the balcony area were not cleaned well. It casted a bit pressure to me because it's the resident's responsibility to check the wellness of everything in the room and to take photos and report any damage found within the first 16 hrs. However there was no repair to be arranged after I reported.”

“We arrive the apartment late, and Manager Peter arrange the keys to us very well, thanks for the support. The view is exactly the photos you watched in the website, no Photoshop, and the location is near the Glink, Surfer Paradise and city centre. Apartment inside is clean and tidy, the balcony is the best place to enjoy the breakfast. Unfortunately the room besides are under refurbishment, but they still keep quiet and clean, well done.”

“This apartment is a bit old. Also quite strange that when we first enter the room, all appliances were unplugged. Some plugs were behind the bed which and quite difficult to access. Kitchen also are infested with cockroaches. Quite a lot of dusts and stuff. Wouldn’t recommend it if you have other alternatives.”

“整個房間的衛生很差，在房間里地上到處都是灰塵，我剛住進來就要打掃房間和洗澡房，（洗澡了地上有水而整個洗澡間都是很脏的黑色的塵）這是我住過所有酒店最脏的一間）然後在開放式的廚房還會有一些小小的飛蟲，我自認已經是一個很乾淨的人，不會有積水和垃圾）整體住宿感覺是極差。不會再來。忘了說還有花灑要用很大的力氣去關要不然整夜在那里滴水，要關了去開的時候就是一件困難的事情。因為我少用設施也沒有用到服務，不易置評其他。”

“This is our second stay at Jewel Residences and love it here! The views are always spectacular, it is one of the few true beachfront hotel/residence. “A modern 2 bed unit, well set up for the holiday maker. Great kitchen lounge room, with a dining area. Kitchen has lots of appliances, plates and cutlery. The unit I was in was clise to the pool, spa and bbq area. The complex is a very short walk to a great walkway, and the beach. The unit I was in had 2 bathrooms, which included a laundry and bathtub. It also had a walk in robe. Was disappointed in the bed. I didnt find it comfortable, plus the last 2 nights the upstairs neighbour was doing……
