Just had a mouldy smell to the room, bathroom was mouldy, fan and aircon had dust all over it, didn’t feel clean. Needs more places to sit outside cause room feels cramped. Location was good, close to transport and easy to jump in a car and make way to surfer paradise etc.

Originaly the Property looked alright for the price and staff were friendly. Until I noticed a German cockroach infestation in the room. Contact with staff is all done remotely. The problem was brought up and ignored by the staff. The place is gross it is not worth staying here at all

I felt that the photos provided on the Expedia website were completely misleading. When i arrived to my room I was immediately uncomfortable and unimpressed by the state of the room. The white walls were no longer white, the paint on both bedside tables what stained and dirty, the shower had mold. What made me the most uncomfortable and led me to leave the accommodation with no refund 2 hours after checking in was that the lock on the door was not able to be locked at my discretion and was without a secondary security lock that should have been implemented for customer safety. Overall this was a terrible experience that was upsetting and misleading by Expedia.

Worst check in experience ever. No human contact. The office closed from 5pm. We arrived at 5.45. Had to call a number and do an online checking in the street. Then code was sent,. The lockbox for the key was in garage. No Light in the garage and could not read or open the lockbox. Overall condition of room worse than a Canadian dive.

The property was as listed and we only stayed in it for one night which suited our needs. Parking was very easy and very secure. Price point was very reasonable for where it was located.

I had booked the room for a friend, she said the fridge was off and had thawed out, and the thawed out water was green and mouldy. The mattress on the bed was old and very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Place was dirty, $30 to clean the room after I paid $3000 i had to then pay for cleaning as well, so I bought my own cleaning products and cleaned me own room. Which is fine but wen you pay that much and then get asked to pay extra $30 to clean as well thats ridiculous. Front gate is a sorry excuse for safety. Other than that this place is a solid average’s place to stay.

This Motel didn’t meet our expectations as there was missing a washing machine on site. We therefore had to seek compensation through hotels.com. On the second night the lights went out and were not fixed for almost 24 hours which meant we had to use our phones for showers going to the bathroom and so on. When seeking compensation we only got 10% back which is better than nothing but considering that we lost a whole night we were hopping for more. The room it self had a little bit of black mold in the shower but was otherwise okay. The service was okay but the guy in the reception didn’t speak English well and talked very quietly. Overall you get what you pay for I think we were just a bit unlucky
