“A tidy, clean and well appointed apartment located on the ground floor of a home in a residential neighborhood. Occupants enter by walking a stone path to the rear of the home. Lovely wooded backyard makes for a nice view from back patio. The host is first rate. Very communicative and kind. Ideal for the two night stay we had. We would return if back in Concord area again.”

“Walked into an unclean rental. The Landings make you fill out paperwork for you and all of your guests (over the top), thinking it’s a reputable place and then we arrive to a washing machine full of dirty laundry, dirty linens on the beds, no toilet paper, no clean towels or rugs (maybe all dirty in washing machine?) no soap, limited supplies in kitchen, no garbage bags. It’s like the previous guests tried to be helpful and the cleaning crew decided not to show up. We call the Emergency……
