“The apartment had everything we needed. Located on the campus of Judson Mills. This place has everything you could want. Restaurants, entertainment, live music and even a kids playground indoors. “Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”

“We loved the modern, urban esthetics of the apartment. It was very clean and easy to access the apartment building and apartment itself. We loved how close it was to everything downtown. I do wish the Keurig coffee maker would’ve worked, but that wasn’t a big deal! The only thing that was slightly challenging is when we ordered Ubers to pick us up, it wouldn’t allow us to select the loft apartments. It would select The Foundry, which is a completely different building & area. We truly enjoyed……

“We needed a nice place to stay while we worked with our builder in Greenville. And, we had our dog. This location is central and really easy to get to everything you need. There are a couple of places to eat in the complex, and a small high end grocery. Within a mile or so, there is a full sized grocery store. It was clean and lovely.
