Check-in was breeze. The man at the front desk phoned our room a few minutes after our arrival to see if we needed anything; which we didn’t. The spacious room was clean and the microwave and fridge was a nice extra.The view of the mountains from our room was lovely. The pool and hot tub were great and my husband and I used the water slide dozen of times. The breakfast was a complete surprise. We knew it would be a hot meal but it was like restaurant style! Lots of choices and all delicious. We travel quite a lot and never had a full meal such as that. A great stay from start to finish.

The most terrible experience of our trip. We had mentioned that we are having a baby with us and the hotel anycase charges more with the baby. The hotel is not having elevator, still they gave us room on the upper floor. We were tired and my husband told the lady at the reception that we are having a 4 month old baby with us and we are having a stroller (obviously) but she didn't acknowledge our request. The doors were not automatic so I struggled a lot to carry my baby up the stairs which I felt so unsafe. This was the most terrible thing we experienced. We never saw such raw behavior for families with babies in Canada! Location was good but the struggle we had carrying our baby to the hotel room was real. Not to mention they didn't even offered any crib or bedding for the baby! Very bad services I must say. Plus the room lock got stuck many times, there was stuff from previous guests left in the fridge, tv was not catching signals and blurry. But everything seems less important when I think of the inconvenience I had carrying my baby without stroller up the very unsafe stairs!

The hotel is on road so it can be noisy. Also the pool is horrible. Not very clean and we kept coughing due to a weird pungent smell (may be they used way too much bleach). Guess babies need to change into a new diaper when going into the pool but there was no soap in the (pool) bathroom and no bags to put diapers in. There was a huge bin right close to the pool where I threw the diaper and I think that's a poor place to put the bin.

Reasonable rates, great on site restaurant, amazing view and wonderful staff. Only negative would be age of facility but management seems to be working hard to upgrade it everyday all day.

The property is well kept. The onsite dinning is great. It can be hard to find good food when you're on the road. I love the food and the included breakfast is one of the best that I've had in a long time, The rooms are comfortable and surprisingly quiet (mine was closest to Hwy 1).
