Could not ask for a more beautiful setting! Accommodations are a little dated but that is an easy trade for such an amazing view. Dinner at the lodge was delicious.

Right from the shuttle pickup guests took a back seat to staff getting a ride to the hotel. Watch out for all the tourists. Checking in was nice but then the resort itself is run down. The meal at Burgess was excellent but again the staff at the restaurant and lounge seemed as though as a guest we were inconveniencing them. How can I forget the tables that went I cleaned forever. Save your money and go elsewhere. I expected more for the price and was extremely disappointed. CRMR should be ashamed

Views and location stunning. Service really poor. Dinner in lounge took over an hour to get our food despite about 30% restaurant occupancy. Another couple left because never got served. Cabins cute but absolutely agree with other need an update or at least fresh paint as peeling right when you walk in. Honestly would not recommend. Its a shame because the location is stellar.

Exceptional location and amenities in lodging e.g. wood burning fireplace! Friendly, helpful staff. Deep sleep bedding/mattress. Lodge restaurant was good (though some allergy-causing ingredients in some of the food should have been made more clear on the menu/by wait staff).

This is hotel w best view location, who's seeking calm environment and peaceful natural environment! Room w fire place loacated 10 feet away from most beautiful Emerald lake site area. Every staff were so nice and professional. Our family love it! We highly recommend for anyone!

Whist we arrived on a very , very , very busy time , the crowds lessened at the end of the day . We had a wonderful albeit expensive dinner in the dining room which we loved . Every staff member from the shuttle driver to front desk to servers were very happy and interesting to talk to. They are from all around the world as the tourists ! Our cottage was just perfect . Having wifi in the main lodge only wasn’t a big deal really . We hiked the 3 km trail and enjoyed the fresh morning air but it is 60% roots to navigate so be warned ! Coming off season would be an entirely different holiday … something to consider . Take lots of pics as the scenery is breath taking .

You stay here for the location: it’s ideal for enjoying the beautiful Emerald Lake and the campus is very charming. The main lodge is well maintained with space for guests to lounge. All of the rooms are in cabins (typically 4 rooms/ cabin) and there was minor smoke odor in the room from the wood-burning fireplace. Otherwise, the rooms are very basic- think mid-level Hampton Inn. Definitely make a reservation for dinner at the Burgess Dining Room. Excellent food and the best/only option after 7pm. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to friends/ relatives.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location right on the water edge. It was a little noisy with park w Visitors at the lake but it got less noisy in late afternoon. Staff we really welcoming, friendly and helpful. We are at the restaurant and it was amazing, worth the extra money for the location and good food.
