The room was spotlessly clean, as we're the linens. It's nicely appointed. Checkin was seamless using a door code. Nice place.

I hate to give a negative review since I think the guys who run this place are trying. The property is characterized as “downtown”; it’s not. It’s a peculiar 2 wings of 1-story bldgs that have been remodeled, Deeper into the site it gets seedy, but doesn’t feel unsafe. You are close to the highway and trains, which kept us awake the first night. The kitchen is featured in their photo for good reason - it’s the high point and well equipped. But there is no closet and no room for luggage either. The queen bed barely fits in the bedroom and the bathroom is small. Water pressure okay and nice cushions on the 2 outdoor chairs, although faded. Good price.

The inside is decent and nice as described

Inside was well appointed for a small space. Everything needed was available and the check in was super easy. Location appeared to be a little questionable. Noisy neighbours. Gladly the apartment is on the end so only had to do deal with one set of neighbours. It is a close walk to most things but it does not have a welcoming feeling.

Great location and space

The location is great — easy to walk to restaurants and cafes in Golden. A short drive to the base of the mountain. The condo is newly renovated, very clean, and has everything you need. Taj is so quick to respond to questions and always helpful — definitely a star host. Would happily stay here again with one or two people.

Amazing cleanliness, style and equipment.

The apartment itself was great. A good option if you stay in Golden (I wouldn’t recommend it tho).

Great and clean place! Great location for exploring the nearby parks. It was kinda hard to find though, the address is a little off
