“We arrived late, smooth check in but the room wasn’t clean/ready. For some reason the cleaner missed our room. I called the number on file and the lady fixed the issue straight away (less than an hour) and was very apologetic. She did say I’ll get a partial refund that I haven’t heard of yet though and that’s why I’ll rate the stay at 3 stars.”

“Without customer's consent, property charges you extra amount & if you ask question to her then your booking gets cancelled. TOO RUDE to ruin one's plan/trip at last moment.”
