“This is one of the absolute best VRBOs we’ve had the opportunity to visit over the past decade. It is similar to a boutique hotel in appearance and amenities. The home is state-of-the art, modern, clean, well furnished and well appointed. We (2 senior adults) stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and wished we had booked longer. It is very quiet and peaceful, with amazing views and excellent star gazing. It is a short drive down the mountain to a small commercial area with a coffee shop, convenience……

“This is a nice house with lots of rooms! Centralized AC made it quite comfortable, and the pool table was an added plus. The place was clean and comfortable. Sadly we found out upon arrival that the pool was out of service, apparently the pool maintenance service had not been taking good care of the pool and algae had grown on the bottom of the pool. The owner didn't find out until we arrived. We also had an issue with mosquitos that may have been caused by the pool not being property……

“This was a very pretty property and the pictures are exactly like the property explained. The owner did not communicate with me much before the trip. I reached out to him to find out the details of check in and how to enter the day before we arrived - it was then he told me that he wasn't going to send information out until an hour before check-in. Once we got the info, it was exactly like he stated.It was VERY hot in the house. There was an air conditioner but it never really cooled the house……

“The keybox was assessable, parking was plentiful. The room were spacious, clean and the bedding clean. The history of the VRBO was very interesting and the town itself is like stepping into the old west. I would highly recommend. It also is 20 minute drive to SanteFe and 5 minute drive to Madrid ( an artistic community). The residents are friendly also. ”

“The property was lovely, clean and perfect for our families needs. The driveway is quite steep, but managable. My only concern was the proximity of the trail head and all the people entering the area.”

“Wonderful week at the base of the Sandias in the old Elena’s land grant. At the edge of the reservation, we got to experience wildlife like hawks and bison. The house was wonderful and the host had everything we needed. Maybe the grill was a little small, but we managed. Will definitely consider staying here again. ”
