"The staff are very friendly though the service is variable and often slow. The furniture in the rooms needs updating. Inconsistent pricing with the wines. Amazing jungle experience
"Amazing stay in nature with hosts that were welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet stay in nature. Best to come with a car so you can get around easily. Some great walks and maya sites near by, not to mention the chocolate tour at ixcacao. Can't wait ..."

Great host, breakfast, location, property, but missing screens?
"Florette was wonderful and the breakfast that was included was fantastic. Loved my comfortable room that has everything I needed, including hot plate, microwave and fridge.
