“When I entered the room for the first time, there was already something in the trash can. They did not clean off. However, the staff was friendly.”

“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

“I loved staying here and wished I was staying longer. The staff is top notch. The room is well thought out and elegant. It's close to public transportation and many restaurants. The cafe was great for breakfast or coffee later. The pastries are delicious.”

“位置算是方便, 火車站走10分鐘步程就到。但是房間內清潔未能滿意, 房間滿佈灰塵。 可能是平日入住, 週邊環境很安靜。”

“Supernova is around 20 mins walking distance from Rotterdam Train Station. The room is comfortable, and the staffs are quite friendly. ”

“The hotel and room was basically fine. The only problem was I booked a room for 2 adults with 2 kids, but the room was for only 1 kids. We made the other sofa bed by ourselves, after all it is not difficult. However, when we told front desk about this, and just asked for additional blanket, nobody apologized and only told us that we should called them to fix this. Ok, I think I should not do your job, right? This is not firendly at all. Also, during check in, the staff was absolutely speaking……

“房間的牆紙有脫落，床褥太硬，唯一可讚揚的是浴缸是按摩池。 最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。 我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。 我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。 另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交通基本上一小時只有一班次。”
