“The staff was SO sweet. Somehow we booked the romantic suite so were welcomed by a big heart of rose petals on our bed and a bottle of champagne. Since we were not in the mood for a big dinner, the adorable housekeeper set up a spread in the kitchen. They let us park right out front. I could go on, but you get the picture.”

“We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year”

“Great location! Nice downtown area to walk. Train up to ski resort was nice but for the rain hiking was limited. Nice weather and it would have been GREAT!”

“Estancia excelente, muy buen trato por parte del personal. Habitaciones muy comodas, y comida rica. El spa es mejorable.”

“Fantastic hotel, and exceptional location. Swimming pool outside was great, spa even better. Hotel is super dog friendly and that s a big plus. Only minus is that nobody seems to speak English, making sometimes the request we had even at restaurant very challenging ”

“Todo pésimo. El dueño del hostal se había equivocado al configurar la página y nos dijo que por el precio entregado en la página no nos podía atender. Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. Al menos me devolvió el dinero que habíamos pagado.”
