“It was up a mountain and so quite! The owner is a very friendly man and is eager to accomodate your wishes. Very good and friendly communication and reception. Although the room and chalet are authentic, the bed slept fine. And if you want a massage there! He is a licenced massage therapist! So relaxed! Can recommend!”

The location is easily accessible to the centre of Grindelwald yet still feels tucked away and private with amazing views. The apartment is clean and updated with all the amenities. “The chalet has the most amazing views of Lake Brienz. The house is very spacious; our family was able to all have our own space. There are three levels with bedroom down from main floor and two bedrooms up from the main floor. Loved the balcony off the upstairs bedrooms.Highly recommend!”

“Everything about chalet Sulegg was as expected in terms of accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We did a little laundry too.The view was breathtakingly stupendous! Changing all day with clouds coming and going. The walk up and down is pretty extreme, 200 vertical feet in about a third of a mile. We took a cab up on departure day with luggage, 25 CHF, worth every penny. I would recommend taking a cab down on your first day, the driver knows……

“This house and the town of Lauterbrunnen was amazing, the pictures don’t even do it justice. We fell in love with this town and will definitely be going back again! The house was perfect for what we needed. It was extremely clean and the location was perfect, amazing views from the deck and every window in the house. Check in was easy and the host was friendly and responsive. ”

“Alina is a great host. Very quick to respond to questions. She met us at the house to go over instructions for an easy checkin. The house is about a 7 minute walk from the train. The bedrooms are big. The view is amazing. Lovely patio to enjoy the mornings and evenings on. Kitchen has a dishwasher which was a nice surprise and had all the cookware we needed.There are a lot of stairs and the walk from town is uphill. I only mention this in case people have mobility issues.”
