“This was a wonderful experience! Property was beautiful, immaculate and very, very comfortable in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely seek out this property again on a return trip to Baton Rouge. The property owner was absolutely great with communication about check in/out and anything we might need. She was so incredibly nice!!”

“The property manager was very quick to respond and left great directions on how to access entry. The apartment had musty smell like it had been closed up for too long, but the apartment was fairly clean and good to use. The location is close to all kinds of places and alarm system is there to set while there and gone. Security seems to be an issue for the area. ”

“Our stay was awesome. Going downstairs to the coffee shop every morning was the highlight. Its right down the street from a couple of places to eat in walking distance. The studio has plenty of room and great bathroom and kitchen ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in this beautiful old sugar mill. The hosts were very helpful and thoughtful and accommodating of our small dog, the space was very comfortable and roomy, and the grounds were absolutely lovely. It was situated conveniently close to all we needed, but we felt like we stepped into history. We will definitely stay in this lovely home again.”

“Hi---the good things first: great location, easy parking, a food market right downstairs, good communication with the host. Clean space, nice beds. The bad things; no dining room table to speak of; uncomfortable bar stools made it impossible to sit @ counter; only coffee maker was a keurig and coffee was old/poor quality. Water coming out of tap was lukewarm at best- terrible for showering; apartment felt constantly cold. ”
