“The apt. was almost perfect. It is quiet, easy to find and in a good location. There were just a few small things that keep me from giving it 5-stars. Some of the furniture was pretty wobbly/falling apart. There weren't any dressers to put clothes in and not enough hangers to hang clothes up. “Property was clean and just how it looked in the photos. Beds were very soft(borderline too soft). We arrived after dark, the check in instructions were very clear and property was easy to access. The host responded quickly to all of my pre-arrival questions. The location was close to downtown Rochester. We have a daughter at a local college and this was the most comfortable visit we've had. “There were eight of us. We stayed in two units. Both units were clean and the king-size bed in the bedroom was nice, a firm mattress, which I liked. You could see Mount Holly from our VRBO entrance so the location was very convenient for skiing. Easy location, nothing to fancy. Good for the weekend. We did have to book three nights, but we only needed it two. ”

“The location for the apartment was perfect for us since we needed to be central for visiting relatives over the holidays. “I was looking for a cabin to spend the weekend with my husband and 2 dogs. The cabin has a warm feel to it. It has games to play, hot tub and sauna. About 50 steps in the back yard is the fire pit then about 100ish steps to the pond. You can’t see the pond from the house but from the hot tub you can! The pond was awesome, there was 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a paddle boat. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and very nice. I unfortunately gave a two on cleanliness. There was some areas……
