Private lakefront vacation home with a private dock on Smith Mountain Lake! Get ready for memorable times at Scenic Point.
This 3 bedroom, 4 bath home has wonderful water views. It is packed with amenities to create the perfect setting for your lake vacation.
Relax and rejuvenate in the spacious sauna. Enjoy the hot tub as you look out over wide lake views. Play in the large yard and enjoy the many comfortable outdoor furnishings.
On the lake side, you have direct access to a private dock with plenty of space for sunning, swimming, kayaking, floating, fishing, picnicking and more! Tie up your own boat or a rental from one of the many area providers. Average water depth at the dock is x feet.
Located in Goodview, Virginia close to Downtown Moneta. Enjoy some of the area's best shopping and dining!

Perfect long weekend at SML

Great find with this property! Our family of 3 loved it. Super clean and great amenities!! Well equipped kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Only thing I’d change was the hot water. The tank must be tiny because it barely supported the 3 of us taking quick showers. Overall that still wouldn’t deter us from booking again!! Loved it thanks so much!

Summer vacation

Our stay was wonderful! The kitchen was nicely stocked and had all we needed to make meals. Loved the coffee and wine bar. Hot tub was a huge hit! We also played a lot of pool with the table being so accessible in between the kitchen and living room area. The dock was very spacious and we used the kayaks almost everyday!
