“The hotel was beautifully laid out with stunning views. The staff were above and beyond incredible. They couldn’t do enough to help. Always on hand and so amenable. I had the best stay and if I could rate 11/10 I would.”

Desayuno completo y recomendable. Muy buena experiencia ya que lo elegimos como punto de salida hacia varios destinos del País Vasco. ”

Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
