“This is a gated Apt area. This Apt is on the 8th floor. All the staff here were very nice and helpful. If you stay here you will have great access to both Villarrica and Pucon. ”

“Cabin was fantastic. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the entire place was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Excellent location with private access to the lake. Hosts were hospitable, friendly and helpful. Wifi dropped out a bit but when you’re away in a place like this, who cares!?”

“The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2.”
