“The ladies were fantastic hosts and so sweet, nothing was too much. They had provided fresh milk and flowers on arrival which was a lovely gesture!The tea and coffee containers were stocked for a much needed cuppa on arrival. Not all airbnbs provide this and it was greatly appreciated. The coffee was enjoyed on the 1st floor private balcony of the property while watching the sunrise over the Cromwell harbour. “These cottages are special. It is a peaceful and safe area and so quiet! I would absolutely rent here again. It is close to Edinburgh, Stirling, even Glasgow. Please don’t be swayed thinking it’s too far from things. The privacy is worth it. Grounds are also beautiful to walk on. Thank you for a lovely stay! ”

“We all absolutely no complaints on our stay, the properly was cleaned for our arrival and we even had a cake with some wine left for our arrival. I only gave 4 stars for accuracy of online listing due to the maps location on the posting did not match where the location actually was and we got a lil lost but a quick call with the host and we found it. ”

“All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times. “We had a wonderful stay here. The cottage is well equipped, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The view from the windows are stunning, my attached photo doesn’t do it justice at all. Our host, Richard, was helpful and friendly, sending all the information we needed in good time, and checking everything went well with arrival, our stay, and departure.
